On Thursday, March 17, 2016 Metropolitan Stefan celebrated his 15th Anniversary of his installation as Metropolitan of the USA on February 27, 2001. A Moleben to the Mother of God was offered at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Philadelphia, PA on March 17, 2016. Metropolitan Stefan proclaimed the Gospel and Bishop John Bura offered the Homily. After the Moleben, Father Andriy Rabiy offered congratulations to Metropolitan Stefan on behalf of t...he priests of the Archeparchy of Philadelphia. After the Moleben Service and group photos, a luncheon was held in the parish social hall. Bishop Paul Chomnycky, OSBM, offered the prayer before the meal, and Fr. Joseph Szupa, Chancellor, offered a toast to Metropolitan Stefan. During the luncheon, Fr. Michael Hutsko offered words of congratulations and Metropolitan Stefan said words of thanks.
